Dan Szajko

Dan is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and hails from South Bend, Indiana. His career in pension administration began in 1986 when he relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina after playing professional baseball for four years. He began working for Morehead Plan Administrators in 1993, earned his QPA designation in 1998, and now has almost 25 years of experience in the retirement plan field. Dan is a member of the Knights of Columbus and has coached American Legion baseball for six years. He also enjoys playing golf, bowling and billiards.

Pam Moose

As a qualified pension administrator with 27 years of experience in the pension benefits area, Pam initially worked with plan documents and filings with the IRS.  Pam attained her Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) designation in 2001.  She currently handles the document needs of Morehead Plan Administrators in addition to her role as a Plan Manager. Outside of the office, Pam enjoys spending time with family, church, Relay for Life, and relaxing at the beach or the mountains.

Carol Dillard

Carol started at Morehead Plan Administrators in 1979 and is our most experienced Plan Manager. She has a degree in Business Administration from Lenoir Rhyne University and resides in Statesville, North Carolina. Her main focus is assisting all of her clients in keeping their plans in compliance and running smoothly. She has two sons and in her time outside of work she enjoys listening to music and reading. She is currently reading her way through the "100 classics that everyone should read" as per her oldest son's suggestion.

Deanna Rushing

Originally from West Virginia, Deanna relocated to the Charlotte area in 1993 where she began working in the retirement plan field. She came to Morehead Plan Administrators in 1999 and attained her QKA designation in 2006. She has more than 17 years of experience in all areas of defined contribution plan administration. She enjoys singing, both solo and with her church choir. She teaches Sunday school classes, and she and her husband are involved in many sports activities with her son. She also loves to cook.

Becky Baldwin

Becky is the Payroll Coordinator for the office and also specializes in distribution processing. She has over ten years of experience in the pension industry. Originally from West Virginia, Becky graduated from Concord University in Athens, WV with a BS in Business Management/Concentration in Marketing. Her interests are music, trivia games, and spending time with her husband and eight year-old son.

Naomi Bower

Naomi graduated from Grove City College in 2009 with a BS degree in Business Management. Her previous experience includes administrative work for a university and an internship in the banking industry. Outside of the office, she enjoys vacationing in Canada, fishing and spending time with her husband and family.
